• Be one question only per query (not 2, 3 or 4 questions in one matter)
  
• Take no more than 10–15 minutes to read and respond to 
  
• Be closed-ended — for example: “Is this approach correct?” or “Does this meet the basic conditions for the exemption?”  
  

It’s similar to asking the ATO for a private binding ruling — you ask a direct question, and you get a direct answer.

Open-ended questions like “What should I do?”, “What’s the best strategy?” or “Can you give me advice?” typically fall outside this service. These usually require deeper review and discussion, which are best handled through a consultation with Peter.
